* Tours of the castle are conducted by French speaking guides.

* Tours in English or German require advance reservations.

* Written translations of the guided tour are available in English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese to accommodate our non-French speaking guests.

* We recommend that you allow at least 1 hour for your visit: self guided tour - 20 min ; guided tour - 40 min.

* For those who prefer to be on their own, we offer the option of a personalised tour.  Your private guide will accompany your small group ( family, club, travelling partners etc...), at your own pace.  A minimum of 2 weeks advance reservation is required.  We offer this service at an additional cost of 60.00 € per visit.

* We also offer a lecture/hiking tour that takes you on a path surrounding the outside of the castle.  Please contact us for more information.

* For those of you who wish to visit often, you may obtain your own personal frequent visitor pass for only 20 €.  This pass entitles you to free entry throughout the entire season.  In addition, any other visitors in your party will be entitled to the discounted group rate.
